Thunder Studios · Site plan

South of Hollywood, in every way that matters.

Thunder sits on 13 contiguous acres in Long Beach — roughly 25 minutes south of Hollywood. The site runs 20 sound stages, a dedicated esports arena, a 4K master control room, supporting rooms, and a mobile broadcast fleet — all on one property.
The location is the pitch. More room, fewer neighbors, no historical-district restrictions. Stages go bigger than Hollywood lots allow, load-in is straightforward, and crew parking isn’t a scavenger hunt.
